The same network that your webserver is on.
It looks like
...is running an SMTP server. You probably want to check
that using it is OK w/t the with the support people for HostMySite.com
btw, I've CC'd the list as it is generally better to communicate with
the list rather than individuals. (It certainly was kind of you to
try to limit the traffic.)
For what it is worth, SMTP is "simple mail transport protocol" .
