I believe the problem is on my server! I will check
it out and, if not, get back to you.
Thanks for your help.

server documentation stated the path the path to mail was usr/bin/sendmail
your suggestion of usr/sbin/sendmail made it work.
FormMail works without a broken pipe now but it does not send any mail. I
looked at the server error log and the error was shown as File does not
exist ..../html/css/nms.css . Since I have the $style set to
= 0; (I also tried = '0'; and = "0"; with
no luck). Do I need the nms.css file if $style is set to
zero? If I don't use a style sheet do I have to set up another file somewhere
to hold the script generated messages?
The style sheet stuff
shouldn't have any effect on the
sending of email, $style = 0 should be
fine to disable
When you submit the form and it fails
to send you any
email, what does it display in the browser
