The RGB/IQ optimization that allows the user to request the image data as 1 band (already interleaved) currently requires you to set the numBands of the SubWindow to 1. This is a bug since you now cannot get just one band. This needs to change to check if numBands is 0, then apply the optimization.

    The proposed fix is to check if the user set numBands to 0 (in the subWindow), and if so, activate the optimization.
