This patch adds new toggle options for the oblivion/fallout3 NIF exports from Blender. The ability to pick which shader flags to set and to choose the root node type.

This addresses 2616125 and 2616114, which should probably be feature requests and not bugs.

    Thanks once more for submitting this patch. I'll commit your export root node option (with some minor changes).

    For the flags I'll implement it using a different and more advanced solution (which allows flags to be edited per material) today or tomorrow. For reference, this has been discussed on the forum recently:

    Implemented (not quite as in your patch, but it comes down to the same). I'll release a next version soon.
