Hello, The multiple cache systems in NGrid.Cache were useful for Superfluid. As = we have removed it, I suppose that a simple memory cache is enough for = NGrid (this mechanism could be implemented in NGrid.Core directly). In order to simplify the project layout, I've already removed any = references to db4o and NDBD in NGrid.Cache (thus removing the need to deploy these assemblies among with NGrid's). And I suppose that we could eventually remove also both the SQL and the file system support for the cache mechanism. My question is then: do you agree that we merge NGrid.Cache into the = core NGrid dll in order to leave a simple project layout with only NGrid.dll = for the core runtime, NGrid.Colection.dll for optional component and NGridPlasma.dll being the physical grid and the loader? Florian and Damien, last week you were having a problem with plasma. = What was it? Was it with plasma itself or with the DGC? Sincerely, Mathias |
