The port display never shows the primary address of a
router associated with a port (since it uses device_ip
for this, and the aliases don't contain the primary ip
as an "alias"). This means that on a router view, all
interfaces will have addresses associated except for
the primary address. It'd be more consistent to show
all addresses.

If there are no aliases, *just* the primary, then it's
not important to show the address associated with an
interface.

    device_ip now has the primary address. While there may be some fallout from that, it means that this is fixed.
