NetDirector has finally gone GPL in the latest release, 3.2!
This release also provides many long-awaited bug fixes and enhancements, as well as a major packaging change -- NetDirector now comes packaged as a lightweight deb file, compatible with existing installs of Tomcat, Java5 and postgreSQL on Ubuntu machines.
An updated version of the MIT Kerberos management plugin is now available.
A new version of the LDAP management plugin has been posted.
The NetDirector Sun Solaris agent is now available for download. This is the first public release of the NetDirector Sun Solaris agent for both Sparc and x86 architectures. NetDirector is capable of managing Bind, Apache, Samba, Users and Groups, Postfix, and other open source services on Solaris. This is a beta release and we are activity seeking feedback from the Solaris user community.
