Mib objects registered via the "override" configuration
token are not explicitly removed on agent shutdown.
When the agent is re-started (e.g. via HUP), it re-reads
the config file and attempts to process these override
directives again.
But the object registration fails, because the old
registration is still present.

There's probably a similar issue with exec, pass et al.

Thanks for the bug report! We've fixed the problem in the
5.1.x code branch and the main development tree,
so it should be fixed in future releases of the net-snmp package.
