What's new?

Default protocol selection on connect is now TLS.
Default network and debug history size is now 9999 lines.
Inconsistent plugin and preference information is ignored with a warning.
Project is compiled with debug information for better error reporting.
Fixed a serious intermittent parsing problem when reading long lines.
Minor source code and documentation cleanup, and bug fixes.

Reason 0.1.0 has been released. This is the first SourceForge release of this project.
