This patch sets the WindowGroupHint on all top level
windows
so the NEdit icons can be grouped by the Gnome 2.0
window list
applet.

    We've fixed this in CVS.

    Looking over the code, I think this might be a patch around
    a design flaw. For each editor window, NEdit creates an
    application shell. I think this in an error, because the
    documentation says you are only supposed to have one per
    application, and to use multiple app shells if you implement
    multiple logical applications. What I think we want is one
    application shell for the whole program, and each editor
    window should be a TopLevelShell.

    Fix in 5.4 beta. For 5.5, I'll investigate removing this
    code and fixing NEdit to use single application shell. I
    believe this will fix some session management bugs, too.

    What is the Gnome 2.0 window list applet? Is it "GNOME
    Tasklist"?. I have Panel 1.4.0.4. Which distros have GNOME
    2.0?
