This patch allows arrays to be created in-line as
anonymous entities, rather like array or structure
initialisers in C99. It also allows named values to be
passed to macro functions; these are made available in
the called function as entries in the $args[] special
array, with the names used as the array indices. The
"$args array" is made available to C macro built-in
functions in macro.c as the element beyond the argument
list array these are passed (using typical names, this
is identified as argList[nArgs]).
