when a file is opened with nc -wait, and the tab is detached or moved to another window, the nc call gets unblocked.

to reproduce:

* start nedit with at least one window
* call nc -wait
* detach or move the tab with the file from the nc -wait command
=> nc -wait gets unblocked

    Good catch-- another unexpected conflict between tabbed editing and the nc -wait stuff.

    Seems to be very trivial, see attached patch.

    The fix looks good. I ran through some nc -wait scenarios and it doesn't break anything.
    I will commit it (tomorrow).
