The following steps will crash Nedit 5.5 released
binaries on at least Linux-x86 (it also works on 5.2 on
Linux, and possibly other platforms).

1) Open several windows. Type some text into each.

2) In one window, open the find dialog box. Search for
a string which isn't going to be found; Nedit brings up
the "string not found dialog".

3) Without closing the dialog, close the window (that
is, using the window manager's close button. Not using
control-W or a menu option). Nedit will ask if you want
to save changes, reply no.

At this point, Nedit will close all the active windows
- not just the one - and will lose the unsaved changes
in the other windows.

I have fixed it in CVS. Closing the window is no longer
possible before the "string not found dialog" is dismissed,
because it is virtually impossible to avoid the crash otherwise.
    Thanks.
