1) when "Scroll Lock" is on, if you press ctrl+Z
nothing happens but a strange symbol appears in
the text.

2) when "Scroll Lock" is on, if you want to paste a
column by press Ctrl+Shift+V, only the first lines
appears at the proper position.

for example, the correct one should be:

aaaa
aaaa
aaaa

but actually it is

aaaa
aaaa
aaaa
aaaa

The paste works well if you use mouse.

Shouldn't we add the same workarounds for Scroll Lock as we
    did for Num Lock ?

In general yes. In practice, it's a pain each bit you
address nearly doubles the amount of work you have to do,
because you have to grab n! combinations of the bits (e.g.,
    NumLock, ScrollLock, NumLock+ScrollLock).

At the upper end, you could register 5! (mod1-5) grabs for
each accelerator, and fix it for good, but I've found that
    it affects performance adversely.

I see. Since ScrollLock seems to be pretty obsolete these
days, I suppose we can close this as 'Won't fix.'.
