When Font-Sizes are changed, the set bookmarks arent acurate anymore.
Happens both when changing from small to large and vise-versa.

Actuuuually, should bookmark to byte index in original file instead of computed page. However, bookmarks will need to be laid out every time along with text!

Good idea, but that kills the readability aspect of the config file (<bookmark page="100" /> is a lot nicer than <bookmark offset="9001" />). It is easiest option though, unless you feel like making sure you update the page field of every bookmark whenever you change the font size (not really feasible), so yeah...

Architectural defect, app would have have to re-layout every book when font size changes. This is not feasible unless bookmarking method is revised.
