#5 Not correct Sequence field

Cisco specification tell about sequence field that
this field is equal to the sequence number of the
previous datagram plus the number of flows in the
previous datagram. But ndsad sequence equal to the
sequence number of the previous datagram plus the
number of flows in the previous datagram and PLUS
number of flows in the CURRENT datagram.
Please check it.
