I have noticed the following problem installing a DLink WLAN USB
dongle. First of all I can load the driver, dongle is recognized,
driver is automatically loaded without error messages and works.
But from the loading stage there are three threads from loadndisdriver
that stay forever in the process list (even worse in kernel mode)
and do not terminate:
1077 ? D 0:01 loadndisdriver 0 1.1 -a
1078 ? D 0:47 loadndisdriver 0 1.1 -a
1079 ? D 0:13 loadndisdriver 0 1.1 -a
As already mentioned I can connect to the AP, transfer data without a
problem. But I cannot unload (rmmod) ndiswrapper. This will kernel panic
and crash my system.
Is this a problem of the specific windows driver or from ndiswrapper?
how can I avoid it or is this a bug?
