I just noticed (its not a problem..) that 1.5 > 1.23 (at least when
considered as floats)
Im not sure changing the NOTE to 1.05 will help...

Version numbers are not floating point numbers - they indicate if a version
is newer than another version. They are like version numbers in other
projects. Would you use, say, 2.6.6 kernel now, instead of 2.6.16 kernel?
