Has anyone had any luck getting this work with
I'm currently trying to help someone else get a
Linksys WUSB54GS working.
The inf file for the drivers says that the .sys files
for the XP driver are already in place. When I looked
on an XP system which didn't have the drivers
installed, the files where there. It looks like this
some sort of generic interface for USB NDIS devices.
I got the other person to copy the files from an XP
machine into their ndiswrapper dirver dir and all
seems to work. However, now he's getting fairly
consistant kernel panics.
I've check he's not using 4K stacks, but I don't know
where to go from here. Anyone got any ideas?

RNDIS (I guess that is what you are describing) doesn't work with
ndiswrapper. The last time I checked, ndiswrapper didn't crash kernel, it just
refused to initialize the driver. No ETA on when RNDIS is supported.
