My brother got a USB one he doesn't use linux
and there is no need or hurry to getting this
device supported. But I thought it would be
interesting to try and get it to work.
What are the steps on doing this?
When I plug the card in and do a lsusb here is what I
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 001 Device 003: ID 124a:4023
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
It is A Blitzz BWU713 Wireless G USB 2.0 Adapter.
I used ndiswrapper to install the windows XP driver
ndiswrapper -i BWU713XP.inf
and when I use ndiswrapper to list the devices I get
Installed ndis drivers:
bwu713xp hardware NOT present
lsbcmnds hardware present
for it it says that the hardware is NOT present.
Is there ways to have ndiswrapper detect usb devices?
I wouldn't mind trying to hack a little bit.
This is only for fun there is no need to get this to work.
