The only possibility is to ensure that ndiswrapper is loaded before the netgear
card's driver is loaded. But you can configure the centrino-wifi as something
like ndis0, so you get a ndis0(Centrino) and a wlan0(netgear). Use
options ndiswrapper basename=ndis
in /etc/modules.conf or /etc/modprobe.conf. If you want both cards as wlanX you
can load the drivers in /etc/rc.d/boot.local before the network is started.
Change the file names if your distro uses different names.

This seems to be the best solution for me..=20
The ndiswrapper/XP drivers are a bit limited. can't really do much at =
terms of snort/airsnort etc.. so will have to use the pccard sometimes.
