You shouldn't have to copy the files into /lib/anywhere; as long as ndiswrapper tool can access them when installed, it is enough. Note that inf file is not really driver file - it just describes what the driver file is and what devices and settings the driver is for. The driver files (usually one, but some drivers use two) are .sys files, firmware files used by some drivers are .bin files (Linksys WUSB11v4 uses .out file). The .conf files are generated by ndiswrapper from .inf file and .inf file is not ever used by ndiswrapper after it is installed. -- Giri |
