Hi, I've been looking for a driver to work on my linksys wpm5g for awhile now. I saw this web site (the ndiswrapper site) and downloaded 0.5. When I had installed kernel sources (through Mandrake's urpmi) and install ndiswrapper, and the .inf (emachines driver) I did the next step: ndiswrapper -l. Well, when i did this command (in root) it gave me this: Can't use string ("") as an ARRAY ref while "strict refs" in use at /usr/sbin/ndiswrapper line 333, line 1 This file it complained about was a perl file, I believe. I am totally clueless as to what I should do. I use to connect through the internet with a wire network. The wireless has been giving me alot of trouble in Linux only (no problems in Windows). Does anybody understand what this means?
