    Compiled 1.24 on Suse 10.1 64 bit.
    Ndiswrapper crashes on install and cannot be removed with rmmod.

    • Make sure this is with ndiswrapper-1.24.tar.gz. I don't see how this could happen with that version. If it does, submit debug trace at level 3. See Bugs wiki for details.

      Also.. HP dv5224 with broadcom 4319 wireless chip. Using 64 bit drivers from last year (works with 1.21). From the messages, it does not look like ndiswrapper has even started to read the information for the xp driver.

      I just downloaded 1.25 and built it. I also reloaded the XP driver file.
      Ndiswrapper did NOT crash on install. I should be in range of a hot spot later and will test my wireless connectivity out.

      Thank you for fixing the crashing issue so quickly.

      BTW.. Networkmanager 0.6.4 appears to work nicely with open AP now.
