My PC runs Windows 7 Ultimate, 64 bit OS. I installed nco-4.3.9.windows.mvs.exe and the installation was successful however when I try to use ncra command it says
"The program can't start because VCOMP100D.DLL is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." I have tried to install NCO but I still get the same error. Does anybody know how can I fix this problem?
Previous NCO versions used dynamic linking with the Microsoft run time libraries; the current 4.4.0 NCO version uses static linking.
I'm getting the same error using 4.4.1 on Win8 64-bit.
I uploaded a new binary distribution that includes that file.
Can you give it a try?
