I have tried many combinations of netcdf4 versions and nco versions and I am always getting garbage when performing the following operation with the attached file:
Thank you for reporting this Frederic. I can reproduce the problem. I fixed a similar bug in ncra last week, so I am hopeful to implement a fix to this soon.

but I am getting the right answer with
$ ncwa --flt -a lon -y min t0.nc t0min.nc

with hdf-1.8.13. I have tried with netcdf 4.2.1.1 and 4.3.1-rc4 and the same issue arises.
