Is there any Navit Developer's Manual explaining the internal data objets and their relations with the algorithms used (at least their names)?
I've installed Navit on my desktop and laptop, but Navit freezes on the laptop and I'd like to understand why. I put the tree under LXR but some initial hints are missing to read fruitfully the code.
I've also noted some discrepancies between the advertised characteristics of vehicle routing (shortest paths, avoid tolls, ...) and the effective result. Before complaining about possible bugs (which may be caused by incomplete OSM labelling), I'd like to dig more thoroughly inside the code and maybe apply for membership afterwards.
This leads back to my initial question: is there any basic internal documentation of any sort?
Best regards and congratulation for this alternative to proprietary nav software.
