#158 solution task creates vb resources with dynamicprefix=true

(Apologies if this has already been fixed in cvs)

VisualStudio compiles a VB project's resource with all of
then in the rootnamespace, (unlike c# where they go
into the corresponding directory)

in 0.84 when using the solution task resources get
compiled cs-like (dynamic prefix = true) even for a vb
project, which is incorrect.
