I have a dataset in which I update certain rows in it.
When I try to MySQLDataAdapter.Update(myDataSet), I
get a System.Data.DBConcurrencyException telling me
that the UpdateCommand affected 0 records. The weird
thing is, the update actually takes place. The code is
flawless, it works perfectly with other providers.

Yes, I have the same problem. Does anyone have a solution
to this. But using the single UpdateCommand generated by
MySQLUpdateCommand does not cause the concurrency
    problem.

It seems to be that the DataAdapter calls ExecuteReader on
    the Update/Insert/Delete Statement and not
ExecuteNonQuery! So no affected Rows count is returned.

I have exactly the same problem with MySQLDriverCS when
    updating a table using MySQLDataAdapter.

    (I'm using MySQLDriverCS v. 3.0.16b, MySQL Server 4.1.7-nt
on MS Windows 2003 Server Standard ed., .NET Framework 1.1
    SP1, ASP.NET 1.1, Visual Basic .NET 2003).

Is there any hope to have it fixed in the near future?
