#202 SS Cursor breaks on warnings

The Server Side cursor breaks when the operation causes
warnings, because a SHOW WARNINGS query is issued
internally by the driver after the execute. (in
_warning method).

This is illegal since there are still rows on the
server which have not been fetched causeing a mysql
command out of sequence error.

    it been fixed?

    In my code I just subclass the SS cursors and over ride the
    _warning_check() method to behave properly, but this should
    really be fixed upstream.

    Sorry, it's still buggy. What bug you mentioned was reported earlier? I didn't find any. Recently I spent several hours to track this bug... If you mind, I can put test script here.
