#56 Prevent seek beyond end/start of videos

Currently you can easily make the mvpmc seek beyond the start/past the end of a video file, leaving you with a blank screen. The mvpmc ought to stop you from doing this, always placing you at the start of the file, or (say) 5 seconds from the end depending on which direction your seeking in.
