Hi' In testing the first release candidate of 1.2, I notice, that some extra descriptor has entered the picture. When using my 1.0 setup on this release candidate, I get in the top page something like the following. * MISC :: [ day week month year ] o rimfrost :: [ Other ] o sun1opr :: [ Other ] I imagine, that this [ Other ] business can be fields saying [ Network ] for network activity or [ Cpu ] for processor activity. However, I have not been able to spot in the ducumentation, where this can be specified. Can you guide me in the right direction. Also, what is the purpose of this extra field. A highlight, which I appreciate, is the comparison function. However, say, that you have a cluster of machine, which you like to have in the same group. Say, that you have ten machines in the group and that you for each machine monitor cpu and memory and disk and network statistics. When you choose the daily comparison page, you then get a page with four rows (number of statistics) and ten columns (number of machines), which is way to large for a browser window. Would it be possibly to make comparison pages based not only on machines in a group, but also on single services for machines in a group. My hope is for a comparison page, which for cpu activity, say, shows all cpu graphs in one column instead of in one row. Is this possible with the current setup or something for the future. Best regards and thanks for this very useful software. Thomas. |
