The ability for admins to use the mumble record feature without any other user knowing or being notified about it.
This would be useful because in our clan we usually make some pretty interesting discussions and I would like to record them and post podcasts but the thing is that some members, when they know they are being recorded, don't perform as well as they would without this knowledge. People just get nervous when they have the "someone is recording" notification.

Getting a notification when other people are recording you is an important privacy feature.

Talking in Mumble normally is a volatile discussion, where you can talk freely without fearing someone recording. Although this is technically possible with other tools, I am strongly against Mumble allowing recording without notice. This would betray users trust.
