Allow the "attenuate applications by ... %" to be split into two values: one for while other users talk, and one for while you talk.
An alternative would be instead just having the option of cutting all sound for when you are speaking.

Pros
* I find that I don't need the volume turned down much to tell what others are saying, but that same level of volume is too much for being transmitted.

Cons
* Added complexity

    While this is a valid suggestion I don't think the added UI and code complexity is worth it. We should keep this ticket around a while and see if there's more interest and use-cases for it.

    As someone who uses speakers primarily, this would be a great.

    If the attenuation value is high (80%), there is very little background noise for people who are listening to me speak, but at the same time, any time someone speaks I can't hear any audio from videos or music that I am listening to/watching.

    If the attenuation value is low (50%) there is too much background noise for people who are listening to me speak, but at the same time, the reduction in volume is small enough that I 'm able to watch a video or listen to music and actually hear the audio.
