    Hello

    I want to delete virtual server password but I must restart murmur for apply the change.

    I can change password or welcometext with just stop and start virtual server, but it doesn't work for delete password.

    I use system dbus.

    Code (perl):

    $bus = Net::DBus->system();
    $sMurmur = $bus->get_service("net.sourceforge.mumble.murmur");
    $oMurmur = $sMurmur->get_object("/");
    $oMurmur->setConf($serverid, "password", $value);

    Thanks in advance for your answers.

    Regards,

    • Crossposting to two subforums on the same forum is an excellent way NOT to get any help. Those that are able to help you are also able to read both forums, and they will be annoyed when you jump up and down while screaming for attention.

      Anyway, you'll need to post a bit more code for us to help you. You should also check that you don't have a server password set in murmur.ini

      What do you mean with deleting the password? Do you want to have no password?

      I guess, if you set an empty value for your password, it takes the value of the murmur.ini, like it always does if you don't specify this value.

      What is $value in your case? Empty?
