When recording audio in .ogg format, and importing the tracks into an audio editor, say, Audacity, the tracks will progressively get out of synchronization with eachother, as if a few extra seconds of delay/spacing is added to tracks during dead-space.

Recording in .wav does not produce this problem.

Found this issue with .flac file recording too.

I tried recording in .wav format and found that the recordings still had desync issues. This was in version 1.2.3.

I also witnessed this problem. Interesting theory on the adding of extra space on silence. I noticed one person in my recording being a lot more out of sync then the others; he was talking more often then the rest so you theory might be true. I wonder if this is also the case for silence in non multi-track recordings. That would be a problem really when trying to sync the recording with an external source of media. Damn, I sure hope this get fixed.
