Apologies if the subject makes little sense.

To reproduce:

  • Create a series.. Say a 9-10am event over Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri
  • Delete the Tue occurrence
  • Edit the series (perhaps to add info to the full description)
  • The previously deleted Tue entry is re-created

Discussion

  • This also applies to the situation where one or more entries was edited. When the series is edited, all entries are set back to the time specified for the series. I don't see any way around this without significant coding of series edits. What I would like is the option of resetting the deleted/edited entries or not. For us, this is just a training issue for now - warning users to look for edited entries in the series first (via report), so they can be changed back.
