  • Do you mean that you want to be able to export a CSV/XLS version of the calendar (ie day/week/month) view? If so can you explain why producing the same report from the Report page is not adequate?

    not export the calendar view, just make report on xls file, which on csv output are just rowing the data. in the future i want to adding some extra information on xls report.

  • Can you give an example of the extra information you would want to include in the report?

    so my plan making xls is make border on xls file
    ex, information of adding some chair, and some facilities, thats not all booking must add some chair so that needed for extra note in xls file

  • Maybe I've misunderstood you, but i think you can do this already in MRBS. Just add some custom fields such as "Notes" or "Extra chairs" and then produce a report in CSV format. Or is this not what you want?

    hmm, not that i mean,
    i want make an table on csv, on regular csv separate with " , " right? so i want make the report result on the table.
    n adding another report on 1 report process.

  • Ah, OK, now I think I understand.

    You can do this by importing the CSV file into an Excel template. Select the data cells where you want the data to appear and then (in Outlook 2013) do Data -> From text.
