I am running MPXPLAY 1.60 on dosbox (I know not the best test platform) setup to emulate soundblaster 1.0 which has a maximum sample frequency of 22KHz.
The problem is if I play a 32KHz sample audio file (mp2 or wav) it plays slightly slow. A 440hz test signal plays a 422 hz. Setting the speed control to 104 makes it play perfectly.
It seems that it is not re-sampling quite correctly.
