I have mplayer 1.0_pre8, seamonkey 1.0.3 and
mplayerplug-in 3.30 installed on Gentoo Linux. In some
cases audio clips are not played, for example this one
(expect 3 minutes of news in Swedish):

http://www.sr.se/laddahem/ekot/nyheter/p3eko22.rm

In the browser it says "Stopped". If I try the "Play"
function it will briefly say "getting playlist" and
then "Stopped" again.

If I download the .rm file to a directory and try to
play it with mplayer I get some console output that
gives a hint:

I have found a workaround, which is to go to the
/opt/RealPlayer/codecs/and create a symlink as follows:

> ln -s sipr.so sipr.so.6.0

Not sure if this is really a bug in Mplayer, or an
issue in mplayerplug-in, or an issue with how Gentoo
Linux creates packages. Any comments welcome.

Sounds like an mplayer or a Gentoo packaging issue.. Either
way it is not an mplayerplug-in bug..
