i cannot use *. anymore for file input like *.mp4 *.wav *.mts etc... as for input, before versions always taked * character that marks whatever filename is but only extension matters.

Please use this script for example mp3.cmd and place together with ffmpeg.exe anp place one wav file too in same folder
TEST SCRIPT:
ffmpeg.exe -i *.wav -acodec libmp3lame -ac 2 -aq 1 -ar 44100 OUTPUT_MP3.mp3
