#15 m3u playlists

The playlist parser does not handle the m3u playlist tags.
Winamp (and possibly other programs) put such tags in
the playlists they produce. The tags are lines begining
with '#'. The playlist parser should skip such lines.
Currently it complains about not finding eg file
"#EXTM3U" and mpg321 exits.
