#40 L2TP: can't get upper hook

Hi,

I run an instance of the MPD daemon as a LAC (PPPoE repeater) on a FreeBSD 8.1-RELEASE:
show version
MPD version: 5.5 (root@ 19:03 22-Sep-2010)
Available features:
ng_car : yes
ng_deflate : yes
ng_ipacct : no
ng_mppc (MPPC) : no
ng_mppc (MPPE) : yes
ng_nat : yes
ng_netflow : yes
ng_pred1 : yes
ng_tcpmss : yes

Once a day I get this error messages (followed by PPPoE call disconnects):
