Since Android 4.3 broke some things, here is a fix.

Also, since the action bar at the top is kind of big, it is now possible to hide it with a click on any "gray" day. Particularly useful in landscape mode, where the action bar was taking considerable screen space.

MonthlyCalendar alpha version 0.0.2 has been released. Only use it after you get a personal invitation from me; is is not ready yet to be used by everyone.
