#128 Importing/Exporting Transfer Transactions

I regularly transfer amounts between accounts.
I import my transactions from a csv file derived from an online
banking download.
There seems to be no way to import a transfer.

Can this feature be added?

NB.
Transfers are also exported as withdrawals and deposits.
This makes it difficult to copy from one MMEX database to another. I
would like to do this to
a) quickly clean up my payees on the export/import csv file;
b) create/merge an annual working subset from/to a multi-year database.
