Directive in SPEC File:

%files -f INSTALLED_FILES

failed with the error:

"Files listet twice."

Background:
The python install script also records directory names.
If you list a directory, rpm takes the directory
content also.

Solution:
Do not use file list, instead just put "/usr" in the
files list.

I could build the package fine on SUSE 9.1. this way
