Yes, I am aware of that -- I was hoping I could get it to work with mod_python, since that is what this particular server has (wsgi isn't even installed), and I don't have much control over that.

I'll see if I can switch it to another server and if that solves my problem.

mod_wsgi is much more reliable and comfortable and implements WSGI,
which is teh future anyway.
