[mod-security-users] SecChrootDir and httpd.conf

Hi

I'm running into problems using SecChrootDir on one of my machines 
(Sol8, apache 2.0.47, mod_security as DSO).

0) I changed the check for getppid and compiled.

1) apache complained:
>[crit] (2)No such file or directory: mod_security: Could not create 
>modsec_debuglog_lock

2) I moved the chroot block to the bottom of sec_init() and recompiled.

3) apache gets chrooted:
>[notice] mod_security: performed chroot, path=/disk2

4) but then complains:
>httpd: could not open document config file /disk1/conf/httpd.conf


It seems to try rereading the config - lying otside the jail

Any ideas?
