[mod-security-users] make and make install didn't create after run ./configure --with-apxs=/usr/sbin/apxs2

Hi folks, 

I'm trying to compile mod_security source code, but after i run ./configure
--with-apxs=/usr/sbin/apxs2, make and make install files didn't create.
Any idea of what could be happening?
