ModSecurity does not log bandwidth information. There are a number of ways you could add this such as via the native %I and %O flags in Apache's logging mechanism, e.g.:
LogFormat "%t %a %v %U%q %I %O" IOLog
CustomLog /var/log/apache2/bandwidth.log IOLog

I had installed mod_security already, how can I log it?
